Here are some things u can do to Have A Happy Period (HAHP)!
1. Invite the girls over!
call ur friends and have a movie marathon! This includes popcorn, pop, pizza, chocolate (of course!!), and any other foods u crave
2. have a spa night!
give yourself a nice long bubble bath complete with candles, dimmed lights, and relaxing music. Then give yourself a facial (that will help with the period zits!), next paint ur nails!!! This is a time when no nail should be left unpainted!
3. have a SUAR day
snuggle up and read day, get ur favorite books, a blanket, ur favorite chair/couch/bed, a hot chocolate or lemonade (depending on the time of year), and read and relax all day!
4. Chill out
make a hot cup of Herbal tea, go for a walk or take a yoga class, and sleep in late on weekends!
These things help relax me on my period, and they give me a Happy period! I hope u HAHP too!

herbal tea?? where i come from good ol' fashioned sweet iced tea is fine!!! haha... we like it real SWEET!!! lol

ya where I live thats how we r too, but herbal tea can have calming effects on ur body and mind and stuff

ohh. most Texans believe that's all just a bunch a made up stuff, so we don't really ever eat or drink stuff like that.

I've seen some stuff in my grocery store that was actually called PMS Tea, I haven't tried it but I wonder if it's good and actually works.
But then again, I haven't even started my period yet, so I don't know if I'll get cramps or not. xD

i personally don't get cramps, but one of my friends does, and she gets really bad ones. ones where she has to miss school because they last so long and hurt so bad!!

i love to pig on food during mine and to lay in bed
my back kills me the worst so i take mortin for it
also it a great excuse to out of gym or even class if it bothers u that much

wow. i guess i'm wierd, but during mine, i actually eat less, and i don't get bloated or anything. but i do get really tired. and moody. it's annoying because the guys at school notice that difference in me, because i'm normally really cheerfull, and so they'll make fun of me for it and be all "she's on her rag!!" and other stuff in front of everyone!!! it's so frustrating!!!!
