srocks97 it's ok to be nervous about it, but dont freak about it. Carry a purse or baggie with period supplies in it to be ready! Some of the things to include in it are: 4-5 pads 2-3 tampons some menstrual wipes a clean pair of undies midol or IBuprophen (for cramps) a heating pad that u can wear under your clothes (for cramps) and if possible an extra pair of pants or a long sweater. hope this helps! -Candycat51

I've also had that fear, because for me, school starts in 10 days. I think Candycat's little bag is a great idea. If you want to have the bare minimums from that, though, this is what I think you should have: 3-4 pads (I don't think you'd need 5 whole pads for one school day) (I don't think you'd need tampons quite yet, on your first period) (Menstrual wipes may not be completely necessary, but definitely an option) A clean pair of underwear Something to help with cramps (the midol/IBuprophen, or the heating pad) An extra pair of pants might not fit in your bag, it really depends on the fabric of the pants and the length, but having an extra sweatshirt or something similar to tie around your waist would be definitely be a good cover-up, so people wouldn't notice. Also, a sweatshirt wouldn't even need to stay in the bag, you could just wear it, or have it hang in your locker. It's much more common and inconspicious than someone carrying around an extra pair of pants.
Good luck!

Thanks for all your help. I took the advice of putting an emergency kit in my locker in a brown paper bag. It has made me feel more confident at school. Although I ask a lot, I have a new problem. Everyone in my class hates me. I first missed a tournament basketball game to go on a college visit with my brother, ( I am really going to miss him) I play basketball. Anyway all of the team hates me. The other reason people hate me is because there was a fight in the boys locker room involving one of the most popular boys in my class and one of the most hated. The hated boy was supposedly pushed up against the wall and was chocked by the popular boy. Everyone said that he had no right to tell on the popular because he started it. I said well yes he did if this boy did everything that all of the boys n my class said he did. What is depressing is that I am the unpopular boys only friend. What should I do because no one like me except for my worst enemy. Also after I quit basketball the game that was after it a popular girl oin my class got hurt and I am suspecting is blaming it on me because I am a really good player. I was not having fun which is why I quit. What should I do!!!!!!!!!!!!
