I was 3-5 years old when this happend. My brother was born with a HUGE outie, so the doctor had told mom to tape a quarter to it to make it an innie. He also had feet that went inward, so he also told her to put the wrong shoe on each foot to make them straight again.
We'd always go to our church on Sundays. My mom dressed me up in a cute little dress, taped a quarter to my brother and put his shoes on the wrong feet. Everytime she picked him up from the nursery, the quarter would be gone and the shoes would be on the right feet. I'm sure the ladies there thought she was a loon.
Well, one day before church she put me in this dress that I hadn't worn in a while, and it was so adorable she wouldn't stop admiring it. She put the quarter and the wrong shoes on my little bro and we were off to church. In my Sunday school class, it so happened to be Playground day, and I was sliding down slides and going on the monkeybars and everything. After church, Mom went to the nursery to explain the reasons behind the quarter and the shoes, which was embarrassing. Later, when we got home, Mom took me to my room and was changing me into play clothes. She took my dress off and saw I wasn't wearing underwear! "WHERE ARE YOUR PANTIES???" she asked. I said "you didn't put any on me, mama!"
I'm sure it wasn't a good day for her.
