Here are the three things you need to stay away from in order to be healthy: 1. High fructose corn syrup 2. Hydrogenated Oil (any kind, vegetable oil, corn oil, etc) 3. Wheat Gluten
Wheat gluten is very hard to avoid and things taste (in my opinion) really bad without it, so you might have to make a break for that one. But if it's possible to avoid it, and you won't mind, you should.
High fructose corn syrup is very unhealthy and is found in almost everything. Same with hydrogenated oil. If you have an aisle in your local grocery store for organic and healthy food, most of the stuff you'll find there won't have any of the bad stuff in it.
Good luck! Mika.

I always attempt to eat healthy. But you do need a little of the stuff thats NOT always good for you. Moderation is key. Literally, everything in moderation. thanks! -irun4funsoccer98

High Fructose Corn Syrup is actually not that bad for you if you have it in moderation, like irun4funsoccer98 said. if you are eating or drinking alot of it everyday, is when it is bad for you.

I have a hard time eating healthy because I'm so picky and I don't like most veggies.
