Here are some things I do to keep in shape!!
-Walk 45 mins everyday -15 reps with 6 lb weights -50 crunches or 25 sit-ups

my routine is: jumping jacks for two minutes walk around my block for twenty five min. run for 10 mins five min. each of sit ups and crunches five mins of push ups and of course stretching before and after!!!

sit ups are when u go all the way up, n crunched are when u go halfway up:D

Sometimes I get up in the morning and do reps with 3 lb. weights, do crucnches, push-ups(the girly kind : D), jumping jacks, and those things where you like, jump down, stretch out your legs, do a push-up, go back into the squat position, stand up, and do a jumping jack. Whatever those are called. xD
I also sometimes run around this lake at a park in my neighborhood, about 2 miles I think. Realy, slowly though. My best time is 19.16 right now.

I have hip hop every week plus gym in school i used to have yoga on mondays tuesday babysitting and i would go running with the kid in the stroller wednesday hip hop and thrusday kick boxing but i heard sit ups and crunches help keep your abs looking tight and fatish (if that is a word lol)

I suppose its up to you. If you're involved in other activities, then I could understand that you wouldn't have the time. But, there are sports for everybody. If you're afraid of balls, you could try swimming, track, gymnastics, or dancing.

Gymnastics, u kind of have to start early, I did dance for 9 years (point, ballet, and lyrical dancing) but it can be a ton of money and all those recitals... Swimming is really time consuming and you have to practice a lot, and if u don't have a pool that can b a problem. I would do track but my school doesn't have a track team and there's no local one this makes me sad

ok what do is not walk but run, i kickbox at the quad,oh and you must try the shape ups they work extremly well my postures better,i lost ten pounds,im curvier,i have lost some cellulite in my thighs, and a have round firm butt
