I disagree, Everyone is different! CandyCat51: No, you dont HAVE to get discharge for more than a year, You should ask your doctor about things like this! My older sister had discharge for about a month and then she got her period. These things vary from person to person! (My oldest sister is NOW twenty.) Genetics and hormones in meat may alter when you get your period.

irun4funsoccer98 I didn't say that you had to get discharge for a year, but normally you have to have it for 6 months. I did speak to a doctor, and all of the books on the subject say the same thing. There are always exceptions to the rule, and your sister was one of them. Candycat51
